A current list of named sub-processors is available on request at contact@belogic.ai.
4. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Interaction data (transcripts, appointments) is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, signed session tokens, and per-organization data isolation. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your rights & choices
- You can disconnect Google/Microsoft SSO or calendar access at any time from your account settings or from your Google/Microsoft account permissions page.
