These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voxora AI (the “Service”), operated by BeLogic AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Brussels, Belgium. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Voxora AI is a platform for building and operating AI voice and chat agents, including appointment scheduling, telephony, and customer interaction handling. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be authorized to use any Google or Microsoft account you connect to the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service to provide medical, legal, or financial advice where you are not authorized to do so.
- Violate the rights of others or applicable data-protection laws when processing third-party data.
4. Customer data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of your own customers (e.g. callers) through the Service.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers — including Google and Microsoft for sign-in and calendars, plus AI model, real-time voice, telephony, and cloud hosting providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their respective terms.
6. Demo & trial usage
Public demo features (such as the homepage voice and chat demo) are provided for evaluation only and may be time-limited, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service and its software. You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeLogic AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
